How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 2-3 weeks in average, under normal conditions. Some countries require more times, for example Canada, South America and some other countries are slower in delivering your order.
How to track my shipment?
If you choose the tracking number option you will be able to track your package. Almost all posts in the world propose that service, so be aware if yours propose to track international shipment. To track your shipment, there is 2 parts; The 1st part is before leaving Thailand, you will be able to check this part on this website: http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx that your item already left Thailand. Then there is a time frame between your package already arrive its destination country and between it is handled by your local post office. During this time frame there is no update on your shipment, so be patient they should update soon (usually 1 week or so). After they finally handled and updated your shipment status we are on part 2, now your local post website or your post office may allow you to follow your shipment until it is delivered to your place.

Is your shipping discreet?
Our shipping of seeds is so discreet that we guarantee you will receive them. In the custom forms, we do not state what your exact order is, we use a general description. We also don’t label the exact name of the seeds but you will easily find out what you ordered.
Phytosanitary Documents are available?
Phytosanitary Documents are requested by some countries to ensure your plants goes to the customs safely. It is not impellent to get them for your plants but it is a must. If you have question about it please contact us
What should I do when I receive my cactus?
